A Call that saved a life

Pooja finished her business trip and was on her way to home, when Aashish called her.
On the phone,
Pooja : No need to come to the station so early at morning 6 am. Your wife is brave enough to reach home on her own. I have keys with me and Activa is anyways parked near the station.
Aashish : Are you sure ?
Pooja : Sure. Sure. 100% sure
Aashish : Ok. Good night.
Pooja : Good night. Sweet Dreams. Take Care.
***********
Aashish wanted to give her a surprise. So, he woke up at 5 am and took his car for station. But, he got stuck in road traffic. It was 5:45 am and he was still in traffic. His phone ranged. It was Pooja on call.
Pooja : Good morning
Aashish : Good morning sweet heart. I was about to call you.
Pooja : Why ? All well ?
Aashish : ya dear, all well. I wanted to inform you that I am on the way to station. But I will be late.
Pooja : Arey I could have come on my own. Anyways, why you are late ?
Aashish : I am stucked in traffic jam.
Pooja : Traffic jam in early morning ? why ?
Aashish : Some accident has happened on road side. But no one is helping the male or female, they are all watching.
Pooja : Why don’t you go and help them ?
Aashish : Arey ! there are many people around. Someone will help the person. Anyways, there are too much of crowd near the person to even know that it’s a female or male. Infact, I am unable to see anything.
Pooja : Please go and help the person.
Aashish : No. All I want is to find the way out of this traffic and meet my wife whom I am missing since a week.
Pooja : I will only wait for you on station, if you tell whether the person is male or female.
Aashish : Ok. Men can never win over women. Hold on, I m checking.
Aashish came out of car and reached the accident side. He was shocked to see the girl. She was Pooja – his wife. Aashish checked his mobile screen, there was no call on hold. He picked his wife and went to hospital. Doctor informed Aashish about Pooja’s health and informed him that she will ok after 15 days rest. Later, he checked “call history”, there was no received call in morning. It was God who gave Aashish a signal – a chance to save his wife.

Unfortunately, such miracles happen in story only where God gives you chance to save your loved one. We are concerned for our loved ones only. We never think the victim is also ‘loved one’ for some person. Infact, now Supreme Court has ruled that people injured can now be treated without any FIR [Case : Appeal(Civil) 919 of 2007] and no enquiry from the person who saves the victim. This judgment is meant to encourage people to help the accident victims.
Some statistics (Source : Savelifefoundation.org) :
15 people die every hour due to road accident. 60 are seriously injured.
80% of victim do not receive any medical treatment within Golden  Hour.
THINK!!!
