Muskaan’s Daily Diary
03.12.2012
Dear Diary,
It was a big day today which had lot of feelings – love, friendship, emotions. This page will be one of my most read pages.
Lets start. I was at Delhi airport, all alone. It was a boring time till I met new friend: Vilsha. When Vilsha came, she occupied a next to me and was busy working on a laptop. Soon, She smiled to me and asked for some information about flight. With time, we started getting into a friendlier conversation.  We shared lots of things about life, work, school and college.
After some time, she told me to read replies to –‘Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar’ contest, which asked “5 things: you can never forget about your first love”. We started reading it. I was shocked when I read 16th entry because it was about me. It was written by my bestie Mayur. I didn’t gave any reaction on it as I never wanted Vilsha to know that it’s about me.
I wished Mayur has shared this with me a lot before. He was always close to me yet he never disclosed. I wish Mayur is also having a Happy Married Life like me. Miss you Mayur. Good night Diary.

Vilsha reached her home. She quickly went to her room and opened her old suitcase. She took out a diary hidden between the clothes. She cancelled the fourth point on the last page of dairy. Fourth point of the diary was “Wished I couldn’t have shared my feeling with Muskaan”.
Reality was that Vilsha saw Muskaan on airport a lot before she sat near her. When she, first, saw Muskaan, she quickly searched on net where she can share Mayur’s feeling about Muskaan. Vilsha had read all about Muskaan from Mayur’s diary. Soon she saw a site and posted it.
Vilsha is Mrs Vilsha Mayur. Vilsha is wife of Mayur. Mayur maintains a diary of his dreams. Few days ago, when Vilsha found this diary, she kept it with herself. She promised herself that she will fulfill all the dreams of Mayur and give back the diary to Mayur.

  2. Such a cute love story Mohit! Intertwined destinies and complexity of relationships explained fabulously! I loved the way the narration moves forward. Beautifully layered. One peel comes off after another and surprises the reader. Its truly such stories that bring one lots of joy just by reading and imagining!

    Kudos! Keep writing them!
